Kiou "Q" Amini

Chief Development Officer

Born into a Prominent Family in Iran, Q was able to travel extensively at a young age and immerse himself in different cultures from the Middle East to Europe. Q eventually settled in Canada in 1988.  

Coming from a family of professionals, Q pursed psychology at McMaster University while taking elective courses in his real passion which was business. After University Q entered into the Franchise system of a National food service brand and eventually continued on to area development with a similar franchise system. Q worked tirelessly to grow the brand and has set records for both opening and sales of new locations, successfully handling over 100 transactions through the franchise system.  

Real Estate has always been a passion of Q’s both as a passive investor and as a Rehab/Developer. He has been in the trenches and has the hands on experience to assist any of his clients through the world of real estate investment.  

When his long time friend and business partner Ryan Campbell founded The Crew, Q knew is was time to take the plunge to pursue his passion in the world of high end real estate.
